I love this layer for every day use as a lift operator at palisades Tahoe. The fit runs a little small as I wish I got a large but despite that I love it! They remain warm when wet and resist odor very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear long johns 9 months out of the year. Icebreaker Merino leggings hold up to daily wear and keep me warm.

Very high quality, comfortable and warm. I often only use these and my ski pants for cold days on the slopes. I will be taking them to my trekking trip in Nepal.

I have so many Icebreaker articles of clothing because I love their products. I have base layers (top and bottom) and mid layers. All of them have performed very well in the trial period while I am hiking and biking my local trails. The ultimate test is when I take them on my treks to Africa and climb and summit Mount Kilimanjaro in March of 2025. I will update my review after my trip. I am certain that they will perform very well. Icebreaker merino is awesome. They performed flawlessly while climbing and summiting Kilimanjaro.

The Icebreaker long underwear do a great job of keeping me warm and dry when out and about in the winter. I've used these for numerous winter hikes in the Whites, a bit of snowboarding, and even some cold days out on the ocean. The only problem is a moth in my closet seemed to have taken a liking to them too, so I'm now sure to store them with some cedar blocks in between adventures. The wool is a little heavier and dries a little slower than my old polypro, but it doesn't hold odor like the polypro, and I'm happy to be wearing wool instead of plastic.
