I"m 32C/D 5'3" 117#and the small fits fine. Might like to try XS, but the elastic band for the shelf bra is as snug as I would want to go. Adjustable straps stay up. (I'm petite with a mommy tummy) This is my second one. I wear it for work (physical therapy); ski patrol; teaching Pilates. Recommend!
