Not Great Product When Received

I am not sure if this is a mistake from IGLOO or from Dicks store, but there are a lot of damaged parts in the cooler. Also, the feet that is screwed to the cooler seems to be not on its actual hole/place. In addition, the feet is wobbly so I am not sure if that is the reason of the misaligned screw hole (it seems like a new screw hole was created. In addition, the cooler looks like it was a returned product (or maybe a display model) since it did not came from its original box and it is way too dirty to be considered a new product. I was planning to add a video but the system won't allow.

Terrible Cooler

I have used this product 4 times and it’s awful. I am usually a big igloo fan due to the affordability but this cooler won’t hold ice any more than 4 hours if it’s moderately warm outside and the handle won’t retract anymore after 4 uses. Honestly with it costing 250 dollar and being this bad kind of put a sour taste in my mouth for the brand.
