I bought this as a gift for my son to use on road trips and camping trips. It very solid construction and spacious. The handles are all sturdy and useful. No leaks and problems so far.

Bad Latches

After 1 yr my rubber latches broke. Igloo does not even sell replacement latches. I have 6 igloo coolers and will not buy another one.

Quality And Value

This cooler is the perfect size for my kayak. It's not too heavy and keeps the ice from melting fast. Great value too!

Best Cooler I Have Ever Owned

This cooler is incredible! I have bought around 25 coolers in my lifetime, but this is BY FAR the best. It seals well and keeps ice and foods frozen for about 1 1/2 to 2 days. Highly recommend.

Keeps It Cold!

This cooler securely keeps its ice retention! Cap that allows water to run out catches sometimes on the wire that holds it.

First time I used it I iced some drinks and 3 hours later all ice was melted.

I’ve been looking for a good affordable cooler to purchase! We normally use our yeti but it is SO heavy even without contents so I was looking for something with similar quality and easy to transport. Recently took this to the beach and it was perfect! Big enough to hold all my drinks and snacks for the kids and still not too heavy for me to carry by myself! Ice kept everything cold all day in the 90+ degree weather! Didn’t try to leave any ice overnight to see how long it would last. But in my opinion, for the price, definitely worth it!

Broken Fasteners

I’ve bought two of the 25 qt Trailmate coolers. I bought the first one because I needed a cooler to keep my stuff cold. I bought the first the second one because the first one the fasteners broke. They have since broken on the new one also. Currently searching for a different manufacturer .

One Of The Best Made Coolers.

Very well made. Kept ice for 3 days. Brought fresh strawberries from Oregon home to Wyoming in this cooler traveling in my car. They all made it. Northwest strawberries ate the best.

Tiedowns Only On Lid

Would be the perfect cooler for a utv, side by side like my Polaris RZR. But the tiedowns are only on the lid. So you have to undo your straps to grab anything out. Would be better to have just on the body.

Ice At The End Of The Weekend

Paying the extra price for this cooler swap was worth it! This replaced a Colman cooler of about the same size. The ice would be gone in a day in the Colman cooler. In this Igloo cooler there is still ice at the end of the weekend.

Multiple Broken Latches

I enjoy the ice retention, however the latches are substandard. The first one broke within 30 days. The second cooler that I bought broke even sooner. I am looking for a different brand.
