Cheap Drain, Breaks Easily.

For an expensive cooler, the drain breaks easily, which seems is made of cheap material. And it is impossible to find a replacement part. Would not recommend.

Poor Quality Handle And Wheels

Horrible design. It keeps ice for days and it would be perfect if you never have to move it. The handle is a joke. The first day I had it I was trying to get the handle all the way down (otherwise the cooler doesn't open) and pinched my hands real bad. Then, the handle wouldn't come up. The wheels fall off easily too. And it is not light, hence the need for wheels and a functioning handle.... So I would NOT recommend. Igloo, you were better, but dropped the ball with the design of the handle/wheels. I will definitely go back to Coleman.

Do Not Recommend

Bought 6 months ago. Telescoping handle gets stuck constantly. Both rubber latches have already broken. Held ice like a champ but poor construction quality.

Great Product…….but Handle Needs Work

Took this to the Bahamas and worked great as storage and a cooler. Handle does need some attention like the others have mentioned. Your have to really nurse the handle. Other than that it’s working out for me.

Easy To Roll Great Ice Chests. Holds Ice Very Well.

Happy with purchase, holds ice very well and stable wheels

Not Do Great. . .

Not so great. . . .looks great. Looks tough and durable but I've already had to replace the plug twice. And now the handle is broke. Tried not to overfill because you could tell the handle cannot hold the weight of the cooler.

Terrible!!

Piece of junk! Wheels fell off after 2 uses. We were able to pop them back on but this should not have happened with a cooler this expensive. The drain plug is impossible to open. We had to pour out the water by turning the cooler in its side, which is a pain due to the side.

Best Purchase Ever!

Happy with my purchase! My family is ready for Camping

Not Great

Handle is cheap and has too much flex. Makes it hard to pull when full. Also hard to put back down even after cleaned. Thin metal easily dented rendering the handle inoperable. Haven't found a suitable replacement at this time. Axel is also not threaded and the wheels came off relatively easily on gravel path. Cooler itself is fairly well built for a day trip. Ice retention won't hold up under summer heat for multiple days

Don’t Buy.

The handle is so flimsy and the wheels come off , DON’T buy this product. The handle is a pain to put back down once is pulled up, unhappy with my cooler.

Poor Quality Control

Bought this 4 days ago and had to return after a frustrating trip to the beach. The telescoping handle was very flimsy and constantly kept getting stuck even before hitting the beach. Once at the beach the ice retention was terrible, noticed it was missing the gasket around the top lid (or maybe it just doesn't include one) and when it was time to go the telescoping handle was completely stuck so we had to carry it a long way. Ended up purchasing a cheap styrofoam cooler for the rest of the trip and it performed better than this one.

Great Sized Cooler

Keeps the drinks cold days later. Definitely recommend

Poorly Designed

Have no issues with the cooler part of this product, the issue is with the handle design. Number one the handle is very flimsey. Secondly when the handle is up you cannot open the lid. Additionally whoever designed the handle did not take into consideration going up steps. If you want to take this up stairs you need to carry it since the plastic handle supports catch on stair treads,

Better Spent On Something Else

I bought this at the end of summer and I'm super disappointed. I'd gone through a couple cheaper coolers that just wouldn't keep ice for even a day so I opted to spend the extra money since it had a 7 day ice retention label on it . We went camping and had to fill it with ice after one day. We were gone 7 days and went through 12 bags of ice not including the ice we started with before we left. I chilled the cooler before stocking it with solid ice blocks and all the food and drinks that went into the cooler were already cold. At $3.99 a bag you can see how that adds up nearly the price of the cooler itself. But it was really hot even though it was kept in the shade I didn't give up on it yet until we just used it again for our last camping trip of the year and it's much much colder out now and ice lasted 2 1/2 days. Do not waste your money on this cooler. For $149.99 plus tax you can find a better cooler than this that will perform the way it is marketed to perform. After doing some research I'll be purchasing an RTIC cooler. They are about the same price, roto molded, 9 day ice retention and they get great reviews. The inside also features an additional basket at the top and two drain plugs on some models. For just a couple dollar difference it's worth it just in the amount you will spend on ice alone will save you money. Igloo is a long time name in coolers but they are underperforming in comparison. I spent $200 on ice that otherwise I wouldn't have had to spend with that and the cost of the cooler I could have just bought a YETI! Shop around and don't get fooled by it's tough looking exterior and portability unless that is the only features you care about.

Good Value

Good value, but I can foresee the handles and latches breaking within the next 5 years.
