I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wrestling fanatic dad. I was super excited and he was happy to receive this. The pouch could hold snacks or personal items like wallet and phone or a few soda cans. I bought it as a shoulder bag because he's a big and tall guy. Nevertheless, unexpectedly I was shocked how adjustable the strap was, my dad is a 54waist and it goes super big for the big and tall people.
