Got Frostbite Wearing These For About An Hour Outside

Not good... I bought these for my teenage son and he got frost bite on his finger tips after an hour sledding in the snow. He told me the week before that they were not warm enough, but I thought he was just complaining to complain...nope! They aren't warm. Don't buy these!
