Store Help

I was in the store looking at college gear and shoes but could not find anyone to help me in those areas. I had to go up front to register to ask if I could get help. It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to me. Then I they could say was it was out of stock. Every item I chose to try on or look at was out of stock. What kind of store that specializes in items have none on hand!
