Good and bad
This treadmill was easy to assemble and folds up nicely making it easy to store. It is impossible to run as you will run yourself right off the end of it. The same goes for walking causing you to hold on which I personally don't mind. The incline provides a good uphill workout which I've enjoyed. I'll stick to the beach or roads for running. Seems to be sturdy. The belt makes a 'sweeping' noise when in motion. Not a problem for me as I always use headphones but for others it may be a distraction.

in motion t900 manual treadmill
it was easy to assemble but because of a manufacturing error one of the bolt holes (non structural) was larger than the bolts supplied for it. the meter is inaccurate as it gives me credit for about 50% more time, energy and calories than actually expended. I have contacted the company and have not had any reply. The walking motion is OK, it was inexpensive and will do for me.unfortunately, it replaced a proform manual treadmill which lasted 20years and was far superior but no longer available.

fair treadmill, good price
The movement is not really smooth. expect to use a silicon spray to smoothe it out, as semi recommend in the manual, If you are reasonably handy it is easy to assemble but it does take some strength--or the two people recommended in the manual.

I love my new treadmill!
I've used motorized treadmills every day for the last fifteen years before buying this manual treadmill and am very glad I made the switch. It folds up and doesn't take up space like my old bulky one. Also, it's a lot quieter. I like that it's a more intense workout because I power the machine. It's like walking uphill and I just increase or decrease my speed depending on how hard I want to workout . It's sturdy and was very easy to assemble. I'm 5'5" and not very heavy so someone larger may want a bigger machine.

Simple to assemble and use
I bought this a few weeks ago and it was very easy to assemble and store. It is a simple machine that requires little maintenance. It is great to have the peace of mind that it has fewer breakable parts than a motor powered treadmill.
The only downside is that the handles are not really tall enough for anyone over 5'8". I am 6'0" tall and have to bend to grab the handle bars and that makes for an uncomfortable walk.

rolls easily and smoothly
This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3" on boards. It rolls so easily I have to hang on tight to handle bars, so arms get workout too. I have small solar system so this manual treadmill works great for me.

Do not know if this is a good product or not yet.
The belt does not move smoothly and the belt is also clear over to one side, so I have bought some silicone spray as recommended in the manual and will see if that helps and according to the manual we have to do some adjustments in order to get the belt to stay in the middle of the board, which I have not done yet. It seems to be a decent product for the price, but until I can actually use it, I can not say for sure.

Enjoying the treadmill
Bought throught Amazon Prime about a month ago to help me with weight reducing program. Am very satisfied with treadmill. It came quickly. I'm especially happy with customer service because while using treadmill, I forgot to put locking screw in place and the part of treadmill that holds digital monitor hit floor and destroyed monitor. I call customer service and within a week I had another monitor. I would recommend your company to my friends and family.
