The InMotion T900 Manual Treadmill is an affordable alternative to a standard at home treadmill. Dual weighted flywheels provide a smooth workout as you walk or run. Because this treadmill is manual, there is no need to place it near an outlet and or worry about motor maintenance. Lightweight construction and wheels make it easily portable.

A Backward Kind of Guy
I really like Stamina products, which I've bought in the past. However, was disappointed to see that unlike some other brands, the InMotion (which appears sturdier and more elegant than others) can't relatively easily be modified for the backwards walking advocated by Ben Patrick. A YouTube video (Stop Knee Pain with this Backward Treadmill Hack) illustrates how to modify.

To start off, make sure you gently and slowly drag your feet downwards. If you do it a little faster, you can sprain your ankle, like my brother did. O really, it works and very efficient and I got it for free, basically.

The price was right for this one. I enjoy walking in nature best but this is definitely a great alternative. Also it's more of a strenuous workout than speed walking outside for sure.

Pros: -Easy to assemble and store. -Highly recommend the size for small spaces. -Good price. Cons: -Not as sturdy to walk/ run on as other treadmills. -Design of handle bars should be longer. Having to reach to grip feels uncomfortable if not unnatural when using for prolonged periods of time. -Fixed incline.

Simply put, this doesn't work. The belt doesn't align and stay in line between the rollers. So, the belt actually drifts, constantly. After days of adjustments of the belt were in vain using the allen wrench, I called the customer service and got through the first two times. They told me to adjust the belt with the allen wrench which I had already done. The belt continued to drift and crucially, the belt itself kept sticking and I would trip over myself while walking. It was uncomfortable too because I had to hold onto the rails so that I wouldn't fall on my face. I had to keep stopping because it was exhausting. Another poor feature is that the treadmill does not lie flat. It can only be positioned at an incline. It was just too much and I ended up deciding to return it. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Constantly sticks and only has incline option. Can't walk normal, have to hold on and put strain on your back.

This is not what I thought. Please don't buy it, it's not worth the time!

For a motorless treadmill, it’s alright. Pretty wobbly during use. We need to be able to adjust the height of the hand holds. It’s a very good workout

Great for individuals already in ok physical condition to be able to walk on but I would not recommend to anyone who does not have a well established sense of balance. It works great for me when I just want to get my steps in while watching Netflix but wouldn’t suggest for anything more than that.

It simply takes some getting used to, especially if you are used to a motorized treadmill. I will say this treadmill gives me a run for my money. Whew...it definitely is a good workout. It's sturdy and looks great. It didn't take long to assemble...pretty simple and to the point. Make sure to follow the instructions (assembly and adjustments). You will definitely need the silicone lube...no doubt it will make for an easier workout. No complaints here...it will do until I can afford a motorized treadmill which is my goal eventually. Love it!

This treadmill is perfect size for apartment living. Sometimes I put a blanket under the back end to decrease the incline for a less intense workout. Otherwise love it!

This machine does not lay flat. There are two levels of incline. The description indicates how to change incline, giving the impression that when legs are removed, it's lower. There's a minimal reduction in incline.

It takes about a half hour for one person with no help to put this together out of the box, the instructions are very clear. I had watched a YouTube video of someone putting his together before buying it and assumed I would take much longer, but we both took about the same time. If you normally walk on electric treadmills, this gets a bit getting used to. My first few times I felt unsteady on my feet and walked in fits of starts and stops, grabbing the handles with a death grip but, after getting the hang of it, the going is smooth and steady and I can check my Fitbit while walking. I wish the legs allowed more levels of height to find the right incline/flatness, but I'm glad it's not loud and I haven't needed to get any spray for the band. It was priced right, I can't really complain. It's the perfect quarantine companion.

My kids bought me this for Christmas. Cannot get a smooth motion. Very jerky. have used silicon spray like crazy. Afraid I am going to hurt an ankle or knee the way it stops and starts.

This went together easily. I am a 70 yo couch potato, so had to work up to time slowly. Incline was too high to start so propped end up 3" on boards. It rolls so easily I have to hang on tight to handle bars, so arms get workout too. I have small solar system so this manual treadmill works great for me.
