The Disc That Turns Heads… Literally
We picked up the Innova Halo Star Gorgon for our 8-year-old, and he is convinced it is straight out of Greek mythology. He calls it his “Medusa Disc” because, according to him, anyone who dares look directly at it mid-flight risks being turned to stone. Every throw comes with him yelling, “Face the wrath of the Gorgon!” He has also demanded sunglasses for everyone in the family, “so we do not get petrified.” Performance-wise, does it fly straight? Not always (Again, 8-year-old). Does it strike fear into the hearts of mortals? Absolutely. At this point, we are not sure if he is playing disc golf or reenacting an ancient Greek epic. 10/10 — Beware the gaze of the Halo Star Gorgon. Even Zeus would give it a five-star review.
