Does not work on all bikes.
This trailer only hitches to SOME bikes. My husband has a Schwinn bike and it hitches and works perfectly! However, I have a Trek bike and the piece that connects the bike to the trailer (the coupler), does not fit on my bike. I have done extensive research and found this is a problem for Giant bikes as well. Ok writing this review so people are aware of this problem.

Great budget trailer for taking kids along!!!
Was looking to purchased this to be able to bring my 4-5 year old 40-45 pound special needs step son along on family bike rides. After a short explanation of our needs and concerns to the sales rep at Dicks in the Bridgewater Falls store he quickly opened up the box in the middle of the floor of the store, unfolded the trailer and said lets see if this will work for you....Great Customer service to say the least!!! Unit feels solid, it folds/unfolds and attaches to the bike easily. It tows very well, almost too well that you could forget it is wider than the bike an drop a trailer wheel off the edge of the path making the ride for the passenger pretty bumpy. It is bright orange, has reflectors and came with a flag for the back of help with visibility. The harnesses inside are 5 point and can be configured to secure 2 children, one each side, or a single child in the middle. Although we have not used it yet, the stroller wheel and handle attach nicely and will be a great option for us when we park the bikes and want to walk to grab a bite to eat.
So far the only downside is the top cover needs to be installed to have a screen protection to keep road dirt from the rear tire from getting into the trailer (hitting the child) while riding, with the cover on it seems like it could get pretty warm inside since the side windows are plastic only with no type of screens. It would have been a 5 star rating if the side windows could be rolled down leaving screens for better ventilation with the top cover on.

Had to return after one run! But exchanged for another one.
When we took it out the box it seemed in perfect condition. Super easy to assemble. Pumped the tires up And went for one run on our bike trail. The next day we went back to the trail, and both tires were deflated. A local AAA Truck happened to see us and offered to pump up our tires. He wasn't able to and said there was probably a hole in both. Luckily there was a Dicks Sporting Goods a couple miles from trail. Went straight there and they were so nice and helpful and exchanged it for us. A gentleman who worked there even carried the new one out to our car and helped open it and assemble. I noticed the tires were already fully pumped so I'm assumming the originally one had defective tires from the start since we had to pump them up. We went right back to trail and so far so good!!

Missing parts out of the box but works
Overall... our daughter loves this thing, and so do we. Setup was a snap and its very easy to pull. For the price of [$] you really can't go wrong. Out of the box the nylon straps which you connect the cover to via snaps was completely missing a snap so the right front of the cover doesn't snap BUT... a quick trip to Jo Ann Fabrics and a new snap is in place and works the way it was designed to. So, it was a very minor minor detail and in no way would warrant me saying its a bad product - its a heck of a good product, especially at the price. This is why it got 4 stars... personally I feel that it deserves five but missing a snap - just not even there - is poor quality control at InStep.

Love it!
This product is amazing! We recently purchased bikes for ourselves but we wanted to be able to tow our two children (4 and 2) with us instead of using those ugly bike seats. The kids love their 'wagon' and we have taken it on the road and some bike trails with no problems. It goes together easily and folds up fast as well for easy transport. So glad we purchased this!

Love this trailer!!
Easy to maneuver as a stroller which is a must since Grandma takes my 2 year old on walks often but struggled with the heavier stroller that needed more effort to maneuver curbs and corners. I have not used as a bike trailer yet but will in the next week or two. Easily converts to a bike trailer by simply removing the front wheel.

My Pugs LOVE it!
We love ours! Our two pugs fit great and it gives us lots of options for long walks or long bike rides. We do add a thick dog bed for the bottom. They definitely like that better.

great tow behind
The tow behind is great. I have 2 little children and the baby fell a sleep suring the ride. So that means its comfy. I love the color. It was really easy to hook up to my bike. Plenty of room in the for a diaper bag and child size cooler.
