Cheap Straps, Will Not Last More Than A Few Years!

I bought this product when my oldest daughter was an infant and it was nice, then my other daughter was born a year and later and it was decent, and I thought I would hang on to it for our last child to ride in. But as time went by the plastic windows developed a sticky haze that I took care of by wiping down with alcohol but by far my biggest complaint was the cheap straps to hold the kids in over the years had become so brittle that they literally pull right in two! The grey straps feel like they are well constructed but the child restraint straps ARE NOT THE SAME over the years and become VERY brittle and unsafe! It is not usable for our third child and is not safe now. So, this product will last a few years but after that, it is a throw away all due to cheap straps! The body and construction still look like the day we bought it since it's always been out of the weather and hanging in our garage away from UV rays but it still didn't matter.

Great Bike Trailer For My Daughter

We purchased this trailer for my daughter who just turned one. The trailer is comfortable for her to sit and watch the world go by while my husband and I get a workout in. There is plenty of storage to hold her diaper bag in the "trunk" area behind the seat and plenty of leg room for her legs as well. The weather flaps allow for airflow while also keeping her warm and dry. The only part we are not huge fans of is the attachment piece requires a tool to attach or remove the trailer from the bike. It takes a few minutes to transfer the trailer from one bike to another.

Nice Little Trailer

I like this trailer. It pulls well and seems sturdy. Easy to assemble. The snaps are rather difficult when attaching the cover. A bit different design might make getting into the area behind the child a bit easier. There is a long velcro strip there. All in all the InSTEP Sync is a good buy.
