Over 6 Years Of Sweet Experience

I personally visit your website to give your guys your flowers, I bought this since January 2020, still serves me till date, of recent I messed with it such that I had to do thorough cleaning yesterday, oh my world, I thought it wont work anymore despite the heat from the car, really it was so hot that I panicked the compressor pump may be affected, despite all it still functions properly as new, dear INTEX your product is very durable, God bless you guys

Inferior To The Rounded Headboard Model

I’ve owned Intex air beds with the Rounded headboard going on 4 years. I use it as my permanent bed so I usually get 1 replacement within their 1 yr warranty. Due to Walmarts model number error the warranty replacement I received this time was this bed with the Square headboard. Things I like about this model would be the square headboard because the sheets fit. which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. On to the things I dislike. Every time my dog or I move it sounds like I’m on bubble rap. And my dog only 15lbs. Also it has very little edge support aside from air so it’s not easy getting out of bed. Where as the Rounded headboard model was quite, had plenty of edge support as well as back support. In conclusion I would not recommend this particular model.

Intex Queen With Headboard.

I am very please with the quick response from the merchant in getting a replacement within the warranty. My first one had a leak in the seam near the head board. However, the replacement was definitely a few inches smaller in width then the original Queen that I purchased. It is still very comfortable. Flat sheets are really the only ones that make sense as far as staying put.

Amazing!!

This air mattress exceeded my expectations. It inflated in just a few minutes and stayed fully firm all night without losing air. The built-in pump is super convenient, and the height makes it feel like a real bed. I’ve used it for both guests and camping, and it’s been amazing every time!

18in Queen Dura-beam Ultra Plush Headboard

I love it. I have already bought the second one for my son. I love the headboard, the height of the bed and the built-in electrical plug.

They Leak!!!

I bought two of these beds and both started leaking within weeks. I’d wake up in the morning wrapped in rubber, nearly on the floor. They were replaced, and the current one is holding air and feels comfortable. I like the bed overall, but they really shouldn’t leak so badly in the first place.

Dead Air Pump After First Use.

Pump no longer works. I deflated air mattress. When I tried to reinflate the mattress the pump wouldn't work. What a waste of money. Will never buy Intex products again.

Great Bed

Just got the bed and it’s great. Really holds the air over multiple days. It’s soft and isn’t cold. Great buy

Poor Engineering

My first one of these deflated with no holes. I guess the engine wore out. I was sent a replacement a month ago and 3 weeks in, I found a hoke in the replacement. So two intex mattresses in less than three months and I'm on the floor again with deflated mattresses.

Poor Quality Mattress

I am on my third mattress. The other two lasted about 4 months before they started to leak. I would have preferred a refund for this grossly inferior product but it is not their policy.

Warranty... What Warranty??

Deflated from the beginning. Try to get warranty. Ha!!! Will never buy or recommend Intex product due to poor warranty service. Unless they decide to honor the warranty.

Very Supportive

This is the second one I've had. The first one had a slow leak that Intex was VERY responsive about replacing. The airbed itself is awesome. Lots of support. The headboard is something I never thought I would use until I have one. Great for reading or just wasting time on the internet. Also, headboard keeps pillow from pushing off the bed.

Best Blow Up Bed On The Market.

I bought this bed 11 months ago. Had a problem with the sides bulging out. Called Intex and they replaced it immediately. Excellent warranty. And an excellent bed. Put a mattress topper on it and you can't tell the difference between a real mattress and this. Very nice built in pump and HEADBOARD. Very much worth getting to have an extra bed in the house. Good value for money.
