Not New

The device was used, returned and sold to me as new.

Horrific Waste Of Money

The packaging hinted that it might have already been returned, but I have no proof of that. The product itself was an unmitigated disaster. First time I charged it lost its charge within 5 hours. The second time it held its charge long enough to get to the golf course, a 45 minute drive. When I attempted to have it identify the golf course.. nothing! Returned it and bought a different product.

Works Great

It's been able to find the courses I have played since purchase. It really helps to choose the correct club.

Got My Swami 6000 Replaced

My original swami failed after 1-1/2 years. Initially IZZO golf would not help but eventually they provided me a replacement. I’m very pleased with the replacement.

Great Product!

I bought this a month ago and have used it just about every day! It has helped my game!

Battery Does Not Last Past 6 Holes!!! And Thats Not All.

Bought this a year or so ago. 1st - Had trouble with updating course.Had to call in zip code to IZZO 2nd - Would not Update the second year. Had to call Tech Support. 3rd.- Worse thing is Battery will not hold charge for more then 7 Holes.. Would not buy this item!! But their customer serice is very good. They try to help but, are limited by the quality of the product.

This is a very good range finder, works great. The only minus so far was that the initial load course time was a bit slow. Great value!

Better Than The Reviews Would Indicate, Still Needs Some Love

Not a lot of features but does work pretty well, have had no problems in about a dozen rounds. I temper the review because I downsized from a very high end feature filled GPS. Signal is picked up pretty quickly and yardages are within tolerance of what other devices nearby are reporting, marked sprinkler heads and fairway disks. Overall satisfied with the purchase, set up and ease of use, recommended product.

Great when it works. my complaint is that it takes hours to recharge and only lasts one round. if you play a couple times a week ....

Accurate Distances - But Score Card Problem

I bought this device several weeks ago and am mostly impressed with it. The distance feature is very accurate. However, I have been unable to get the score card to work to keep track of my strokes.
