Accurate

Great gps. Easy to read, easy to use. I was using a phone app, this is a lot better and more accurate and you can read the display very easily. It's a must have.

Charging Port Failure

I had one a few years back, same brand, different model. I was pleased with it up until the charging port broke and could no longer charge it. I would consider buy this one, dependant on how the charging port holds up. Any opinions welcome. Thanks.

I am very happy with my IZZO Swami 6000i Golf GPS. it works better than the Samsung watch using Golf Buddy app.

Easy To Use. Meets Basic Needs To Navigate Any Course.

I purchased this GPS as a replacement for my older Garmin. Fairly accurate in measuring distances to green and hazzsrds. A little tricky to move from one function to another during a round.

Worked Well Until It Didn't!!!

I had the previous version which I bought about 3 years ago. It was accurate and worked well with one big exception. It would freeze up during a round. The first time it froze up I did not know what to do. Went to the Golf Galaxy to try to return/exchange and they told me to go through the manufacturer. Anyways, there is a way of pushing certain buttons simultaneously to do hard restart. It became frustrating as this happened more and more frequently. Time to buy a better product.

Easy to use but it takes a bit of a learning curve to get it all set up. It’s awfully easy to walk away and leave it on the cart so be aware of this.

Has All The Courses You'll Ever Need!

I have the 5000 series and have had it for years... I haven't had any issues and update it once a year with no problems. The number of preloaded courses is staggering and hope to golf each of them before my time. I wanted to go to Las Brisas de Santo Domingo, Chile to play but, my friends said, who would go and play there? We all had a good laugh, and I agreed to stay in the USA due to the over 38,000 courses loaded on the Swami. I don't need pinpoint accuracy with a laser rangefinder; all I want is to get on the green and one putt. The battery last for a few rounds and charge it before my next golf outing. The Swami 5000 is always in my bag and ready to let me know how bad my drive was and the distance to the green. The only issue is that back when I purchased this, it came with a belt clip and no magnetic mount. I made a bracket for it to sit in a cup holder but that's just one less drink to have. Hit'em straight and have a great game!

Gps Does Not Find The Course

I nead ti use it in Las Brisas de Santo Domingo, Chile but it does not find the course. What can I do?

Distance

This is a lot faster in searching for courses and distances are more accurate than my very old one. It will measure the distance you hit and will tell you the club to hit with. Quick to change from each screen.

Didnt Last Five Rounds

Used four times and the jack that the charging cable plugs into broke. Cant even charge now. Would not recommend.

I lost my previous version of the Izzo GPS and this newer version is great!! It suggests which club I should use , and that has been very accurate and reliable.

Decent Gps, But No Dogleg Distances

For the price, this works pretty good. Listed yardage was usually within 3-5 yards with my Callaway rangefinder. However, this GPS will not show dogleg distance, despite the claim that it does. My home course has 6 holes with tree lined dogleg bends, and not once did this GPS show a tree symbol or the yardage to the bend. I won't complain very much given the price point, but they should be honest in their product description.
