Bought the Bob punch dummy and after 2 weeks had to up and move. Dummy was punched a handful of times within this 2 weeks so clearly good as new. They passed me around to 5 different people not knowing what the return policy was as it was clear on their website. Got absolutely nowhere but passed around some more.
