Broke Within The Forst 30 Minutes

We got these fir my 8 year old son. Hooked them to the fence and off he went. 3 different exercises, 3 reps of each. On the second set one of the bands snapped! WHAT???? Awful!

Great Tool For Youth Athletes (Baseball)

My son recently was diagnosed with LL shoulder from overuse. Very common at his age. These bands are essential for stretching and strengthening the small muscles and ligaments in the wrist, elbow, and shoulders. Just make sure you pick one that isn't the same as the rest of the team so it doesn't get lost.
