Quality Product

This is a quality backpack for basic school needs. I needed to replace my sons previous backpack because it was sprayed by a skunk (previous JanSport was 3 years old). Repeat customer; 100% recommend.

Poor Quality

Quality is not there anymore. The leather ripped within 2 months. We've had $20 backpacks from amazon that last longer than this "high quality" backpack. And the lifetime warranty is a total pain. You have to pay to ship it back to them, and then wait 6 weeks for them to repair/send another.

It’s a cute and good size backpack but the zipper last not long. My first purchase was July for my 6 grader had to exchange on September due to broken zipper. That one broke in December with the same issue. We ended up going back to Jan Sports. I couldn’t get refund since it passed 90 days but got some bonus points.

Didn't Last 3 Months Before Bottom Ripped

Didn't even last 3 months before the bottom suede ripped open. Poor design having only suede on bottom and not lined inside. Waste of money as I don't have receipt anymore to get refund.
