Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the fit and customizable sound. I've had them for 5 months now I use them running and just hanging out. The customizable souls level app is awesome. Control your bass treble and creat the souls you like to hear. The memory foam ear buds are comfortable and the Jaybird inside ear rubber pieces keep the head phones from falling out durning a work out. I love being cordless and I use my iwatch to connect with my music leaving my phone at home. Setup was a little complex and had to visit their website to figure out how to do a few things since there are no instructions in box. I'm completely happy with them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality When these work they sound good and have good battery life. Their customer service is also very good at replacing faulty headphones. I would recommend trying another brand. The longest I've had a pair last is 6 months and I'm on my 3rd pair, which I now need to send back to jay bird again because I can't turn them on or charge them. This (3rd replacement) lasted 4 months. I use them 5 days a week for about 2 hours each day... indoors at my gym. So they've never gotten wet

I've gone through 2 pair in 11 months, the first a purchase and the second a warranty replacement. Now I do not qualify for a replacement of the replacement. Of course. Spend your money elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy from Jaybird Don't waste your money. I owned a pair of the original Jaybird Bluebud X's which lasted about a year and a half before getting sweat damage. Covered by warranty, the company sent me a pair of X2's as a replacement. I thought this was a great deal - upgraded! NOT AT ALL THE CASE. The replacements lasted less than 6 months before the right earbud completed stopped working in the middle of one of my runs. I contacted the company and they processed another exchange. This time they lasted LESS THAN 3 MONTHS, and the exact same thing happened - the right ear bud stopped working. I just received an email that said they will not replace the headphones. I take very good care of my headphones, keeping them in the case when I don't use them, only taking them out for running. I won't ever make a purchase from Jaybird again (especially after the poor experience I also had with their fitness tracker - the Reign - which was a miserable failure and has since been discontinued).
