My Go-to Stove For Light And Compact Trips

I have had my JetBoil for about 12 years now and it never lets me down. Lightning fast water boil times so it uses a fraction of the fuel I was using with my other stove. It has a great jell window that changes color when the water gets hot though you can hear a change in sound right before and as the water gets to a boil. A must have if you want coffee and to boil water for re-hydrated meals. I've had good luck cooling dinners in this pot but you have to watch the heat as "simmer" is more like turning the stove on and off for items like dried tortellini and such. Igniter has never given me an issue and the coffee press attachment is a nice add to reduce mess and have real coffee vs instant. Highly recommended. Note, for extreme winter trips I do use a white gas stove b/c the isobutane fuel doesn't burn as well when it gets a bit below freezing.

Super Fast Boil Time

It boils superfast and is light weight. Everything fits into it that I need. The downside is that after two trips the ignitor won't ignite on its own without a lighter which is annoying.

Work great. Once you own a Jetboil stove, you will no longer use anything else.

Works well! Took a little bit of trial and error at first but now is key for camping trips and post skiing hot cocoa. Recently used it on a road trip down to California and it was perfect for heating up dinners.
