Excellent Backcountry Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the JetBoil MiniMo is not the lightest camp stove, it is a powerhouse around the camp site. Boils water quickly and the compact 1L cook pot does everything I could need it to do. I actually like the more compact pot. Everything still stores inside and the smaller profile makes access to the prepared food much easier than taller versions. It has been used now twice in the mountains of NC and KY. Works flawlessly even in the cooler autumn morning temps.

Minimo Newbie

I will be using my MiniMo for the first time next week when I go fishing/camping for several days and looking forward to it. I am finding it difficult to store even the smallest fuel tank along with the burner. I keep a rubber band around it just so nothing is lost.

Cook Real Food While Backpacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This year I’ve decided to ditch the dried meals and go the Corso way with making real food in the back country. The minimo works perfectly for all my needs. Last weekend I made a steakhouse potato bowl that I would 100% make to eat at home. Is it heavier than a Toaks pot, yes. Does it function completely differently, yes! If you want to be a backcountry chef, BUY THIS!!

Fantastic Stive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy I got this stove. It packs down great for my trips and I really enjoy having full spectrum control of my heat level while cooking my meals. Huge upgrade from my prior stove where it pretty much was only good at boiling water.

Love It.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using the same whisperlite since 1995 which I love but was going a pack trip with larger group and wanted to add a stove so I read a lot and settled on the MiniMo. Love the compact carry size, weight and ease of use. Bought the coffee press too which is fantastic. Simmer to boil works great. After aprox 50 liters of water and a dozen or so skillet meals, NO issues at all.

Jet Boil Minimo

I was given one and never appreciated it until I used it on a trail , was able to make a good breakfast for me and my wife and heat up our rig for a smooth dab, made some amazing coffee as well, I ended up getting stuck( high centered) and gave it to the guy who helped pull me out, I instantly missed it and bought myself one

Works In 5-degree F.

I have used a Flash Jetboil for over 12 years taking it hunting, 4wheeling, and snowmachining. Decided to upgrade to the MiniMo for the shorter height as space is always an issue. My main concern was how well it will perform after 4+ hours of sitting on the tail of a snowmachine getting bounced around 5 to -10F temperatures. I can tell you I am very happy with this Jetboil. Had no issues with igniting the burner and I love the fact that you can store everything you need inside a shorter container to include the fuel canister. The built-in handles that make it so easy to use and the storage of the fuel stand in the cover is brilliant. The MiniMo is proving to be a great addition to my equipment list!

Great Stove.

Stove is compact and heats great. This stove is spot on to carry in your ruck sack.

Perfect Mini Camp Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lovely addition to our camp kitchen. When car camping it’s great for getting water boiled quickly for morning coffee, and when backpacking it’s so versatile we can use it as a cooking device and bowl. Would recommend!

Great, But Not Perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heat control works as well as advertised. Cooking pancakes (with Jetboil skillet), pasta, and of course, boiling water, all accomplished perfectly. I do have a couple of small issues with the whole package. First, the bottom "cup" could be a lot more useful. It's essentially a "uni-tasker"- it's only good for holding cold liquids and feels fragile. A silicone cup would have been much more useful and durable. Secondly, the canister stand, the one included in my kit anyway, will not hold a 250g butane canister without risk of breakage. The smaller canisters work without a hiccup, but I prefer the Coleman 250's because they are more economical and available locally. Can't store a canister inside the pot without leaving some of the accessories behind anyway, whish is a common complaint.

Perfect Camp Stove.

Recently purchased this for a camping trip and ended up being the only stove we used the entire trip. Super compact and get hot really fast. The included pot stand is easy to use and came in handy for anything we needed.

Great Little Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does everything you need it to do from water to coffee to food great features and add one. Size is perfect. Convenient features such as collapsible handles and nesting.

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace old jetboil stove from 20 years ago. Lighter and packs better than my previous model. More for boiling water than cooking. Great (low) fuel consumption.

Excellent Little Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boils water super fast. Ideal for winter camping when you don’t want to spend all night cooking. I moved from my pocket rocket to this and difference is wild. Would recommend.

Super Fast And Efficient Backpacking Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve used the JetBoil MiniMo on one camping trip so far. It heats water to boiling extremely quickly. We have not yet used it for cooking with other pots/pans, but the adjustable flame seems like it will be great for that so we can cook some fresh foods when weight isn’t as much of a concern. It is very lightweight and compact. I chose this over the MightyMo due to size and am happy I did. When feeding two, it is easy enough to boil twice and only takes additional time to pour and refill. Since less water goes into the smaller boiler, it heats in less time. Makes it much more backpack friendly. Having to store the fuel separately is not an issue at all. It’s always easier to find space in my pack for two small items instead of one large one. I would definitely purchase this again.
