I Absolutely Love It, But

I think the product should have the screws on the bottom further in, so they don’t get scratched up enough to where you can’t unscrew them anymore

Our Kids Love It!

We have several Jetson scooters including this one. Our kids love this scooter because it lights up and it is very simple to operate. Our 5-year-olds use this and our 8-year-old sometimes makes her way on it as well, although she has her own big wheel Jetson scooter. It glides nicely and it's a good scooter for beginners, and those transitioning from a three-wheeled scooter. Very satisfied!

This seems like a great scooter for the price. Very sturdy and the lights are awesome. Only had one small issue with the handlebar. The screw was very short and hard to get the bolt on securely. My husband had to eventually find a longer one to use.

Great Product And Great Company That Stands By Their Products

I bought this scooter in the USA, upon returning back to Canada, we discovered the lights in the handle didn't work. I contacted Jepson, and they gladly replaced the scooter, free of charge! Gotta love a company that stands behind their products.

Low Quality

My son got one of these for Christmas 2020, by Feburary it was breaking, lights no longer worked, and handlebar was loose. I put in for a warranty replacement. It took me until November of 2021 to get the replacement. He had the new one for 1 month and the handlebars started to loosen again and are stripped. He only rides it in the house and is not jumping over things, just basic riding. Would not purchase these products again.

Very Easy To Learn, Daughter Loves It!

My daughter rides it every day around the neighborhood. She is very happy and it fits her style. She is 7 so the size and ease of use is perfect. My one gripe is that the brake pedal snapped after 2 months of use. Jetson was great about it and provided a replacement. Thank you!
