3 Failed

Bought 3 at same time for my 3 kids for Christmas and all 3 will not power on. I had the plugged in all night and none of them turn on without being connected to charger. I have tried the 3 step reset on all them and still they will not power up after disconnecting from the wall. These were our first and last jetson product we will ever buy. Horrible product when 3 brand new off the shelf fail to work plus it happening on Christmas Day is just icing on the junk cake.

Dead On Arrival Won’t Turn On…

Only lights up if plugged into the charger. Says it’s fully charged what a big disappointment and a mess for Jetson just canceled all orders for other products: Two bikes and two more hover boards.

Strike 3

We've now had 2 Litho x Hoverboards and one Plasma. My daughter was given the Plasma for Christmas. Within 30 minutes of riding it, one wheel was grinding terribly. The product was replaced with a Litho X. It only held a charge for 7 minutes, and within a day, the status lights were all red no matter what we tried. We sent that hoverboard back and received another Litho X in replacement yesterday. My daughter rode this third hoverboard inside today for the first time (on a wood floor), and by this evening, one of the wheels is grinding just like the first hoverboard. Incredibly disappointed that we have now received three duds from Jetson.
