Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost 5 stars ... The pros - They flat out get bit all year long ... cold of winter into the blazing heat of summer and every condition in between . Extremely productive bait for me. Hint -use them where you might normally tie on a lipless crankbait .... schoolers will be all over this The cons - Poor hook sizing choices on the 3/16 & 1/4 oz models. Replace the factory size 14 trebles on the 3/16 oz with size 12's and your hookup ratio will go way up. Put size 8's on the 1/4 oz for the same results. The 1/2 oz are fine out of the pack. I've even fitted inline single hooks on these for coming through grass a little better. I'd love see a 3/4 oz version of these offered also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blades baits can catch almost any fish! I use these blade baits for Smallmouth Bass and Walleye fishing and they are Great. I use them for Steelhead, Salmon and Catfish as well with good results. They can take a little time to learn how to fish them right as to what works the best in your area, but once you do you will have a awesome fish catching tool in your tackle box! This blade is made well and fishes good! Try them you will like them. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Action Very nice action on these lures. I've caught everything from bluegill to trout on these little things. The action draws fish in.On the down size, the hooks seem under sized and just today, I had a large trout on and when he got close to shore he simply shook his head as if to say enough of this. Needs larger and stronger hook - they bend easily. Also would like to see lighter weights at longer sizes.Overall I really like these and have an assortment but like most things they could be better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great panfish, bass and Walleye lure I used my ultra litre 8 foot rod and 6 pound test line to throw this lure. The perch, rockbass, bass and walleyes all liked it enough to slam it. Perfect copy of a juvenile perch and that is one of the basic forage species in NY state. Best part is that this lure is also a great ice fishing lure. You can also jig it vertically from a boat, bridge, along a steep drop off. It works well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from super versital I f it eats a minnow it will eat this bait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You cant fish it wrong...Crank it or hop it and it still catches fish! Best Sauger and Walleye bait ever built to fish rivers. I really wish that Johnson would make this bait in 3/4 and 1 oz to aid in fishing heavy current but for light current IT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vertical Jigger I used to use Cicadas whilst ice fishing, but they always tangled up. So, I thought I'd give this ThinFisher a go since I now fish water that is deeper and has a fair amount of current. Having a medium heavy rod with braided line is key. I predominately have the 1/2 oz version in silver, perch and firetiger. The perch colour has been my top producer for some reason. Then again walleye love perch. White bass more for the silver. Either way, I'm hoping for a 3/4 oz version soon. Please Johnson, try to make it happen.
