Poor Paddle Quality

I bought this paddle two months ago, and with normal use, two cracks started to appear on the top part. I went back to the same store (Dick’s House of Sport) where I bought it to see if they could help me exchange the paddle or provide a warranty, but the manager was very rude and refused to help me. It’s unacceptable that a Joola paddle only lasts two months. Let me be clear: don’t buy this paddle, and especially not from this store.

Doesn't Come With Replacement Grip And Edge Tape

I bought the paddle couple of days ago and it was delivered on time. However, it didnt come with replacement grip and edge tape. Just to be clear, it didnt say it will come with them, but Joola sells it with edge tape and extra grip for same price.
