Replacement Bungee Cord

bought new couple months back by my friend in KL, during inaugural set-up the loop on one end of the bungee cord failed and the cord retracted about 2m up the sleeve at top of net….tricky to recover but I think it needs to be a new cord .. can’t see if accessory sold separately ?

Major Design Flaws With These Nets.

I bought three nets. In one year one of the bendy poles broke because the grey part that slides into the next part came loose. it slid back into the pole. This caused it to not slide far enough into the next pole piece. When the pole was put together it didn't have enough grey part out to support it and the black outer pole splintered/broke. Now a second pole has a loose grey part and has started splitting the black part of the pole just like the other one. The company did send me a replacement pole for the first broken one. On all three nets, the feet have a small tab to push a chrome button to release the feet from the poles. These have all broken off. This make its very difficult to remove the feet from the pole. You have to find a small object to push the chrome button to release the feet. I finally just removed the chrome buttons and duct taped the caps on the feet. These nets have broken and required more maintenance in one year than my other three nets required in four years! Not impressed!

Not Recommande To Purchase

We bought 8 of then last year and 6 of then have a broken cable net support ends/caps and we can use those net anymore.

Very Cheap Design Cheap Materials

We bought over a dozen of these for a tournament and at least 5 of them broke literally the first time assembling them. Design error of the plastic corner parts

Love This Net

I have purchased 16 of the symmetry nets for different tournaments and play. I found them to be sleek in design with very few obstructions in the net area. The sturdy pole makes the structure a little more rigid than some other nets of the same style. It’s weight is a little heavier than nets of the same style this is due to heavier poles, but it’s worth it for the more stiff net response. Occasionally, the pole assembly is a little stiff until the joints are worn down a little bit. One final note is the center support because it is squre and 4 feet, it makes for a much tighter net and is almost always the perfect height when pulled tight. definitely recommend this net and will probably buy some more in the future.
