Paid For Express Shipping , Did Not Arrive For Son's Prom

The shoes are fine and seem to be comfortable. I gave them to another one of my children who is more of an earth tones wearer. I paid $25 for Express Shipping, to arrive early in the day. Delivery was delayed and we had to find other shoes for my son to wear to prom, on the day of. These shoes were already not his style, but they matched the outfit so I ordered them. They arrived after he was at the dock to take off. I'm so disappointed in this latest experience!
