[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently snagged a pair of these for our 11-year old daughter after my wife had gotten a pair and absolutely loved them. These sneakers did not disappoint in any way for our daughter as well! When it comes to the fit and feel of these sneakers, our daughter agrees that, just like her mother, they are incredibly comfortable with a well-cushioned step as the sole is composed of a sturdy yet "foamy" (as my daughter puts it) material. The fit is wide enough that it doesn't ever feel like the shoe is squishing her toes--plenty of "breathing room"! At the same time, however, they fit well enough around her feet that they don't feel as if they are going to fall off. As for the design of these sneakers, she really likes and appreciates the smaller "Jumpman" symbol on the lateral toes. She also likes the embroidered Nike sign on the heel of the sneakers. The thicker foam on the heels of the sneakers are well appreciated also as they provide extra cushion while stepping. Another small detail she noticed was the "Jumpman" wording on the medial toes of each sole, in addition to the thick stitching in the toe box. The stitching, she thought, would help ensure the mudguards stay put through typical daily wear and play. The sock liner of these sneakers was particularly comfortable for her and provided the right amount of padding inside for her feet. She also was a big fan of the lighter blue color of the synthetic and suede leather upper materials as a result of them matching well with her blue jean shorts and tank tops. Great pair of sneakers for the summer! Her favorite aspect of these sneakers is their ankle support which provides for sturdy stability while running, cutting, and sudden stops. She felt that there wasn't ever really a moment where she feared she would roll her ankles, at least easily anyway. If she could change one thing about these shoes it would be the material of the shoelaces. She stated that they would often catch on to her skin while trying to tie them (might just be because her skin was dry--to me, they feel really soft). She also thought it would be helpful if they were a little longer. Other than that though, she loves these shoes and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great lifestyle shoe that is comfortable to wear all day and in many different environments!
