This is review for the service provided by Dick’s and not necessarily the shoe. We purchased these shoes after Christmas for our son’s basketball season. When the shoes arrived, they were both tied in a double knot and from a distance you could see creases on the front of the shoe and dirt stains on the sides and bottom. Upon closer inspection more scuff marks could be seen and there was even what looked like dried sticky sauce was in the crevices of one of the shoes. I’m ok with purchasing shoes that may have been tried on but to send a customer shoes that have been WORN out of the store and used is unacceptable.
