Not As Durable As Most Nike

I bought these for my son, who loved the look of them. After wearing them only twice, the fabric in the knees wore out. He didn’t fall, or do anything to damage them. The outside layer (almost like a netting) remained in tact, but the under layer almost shredded? Hard to explain. I expected more from Nike. We’ve exchanged them for another pair because he got the matching sweatshirt, and wanted the set. He’s going to be extra careful just in case, and we are hoping for better results with the second pair.
