I order these shoes online and was very excited to receive them. However, when I did receive them I was very very disappointed! The shoes had actually been worn by somebody you could see the scuff marks on the bottom and on the sides and it looked like the person that shipped them to me just shove them in the box and send them to me without even looking at them. To make matters worse when I did the return at my local store they didn't have any hardly any shoes in my size, I didn't know they stopped making basketball shoes in an 11 and a half, and the staff there was almost like"too cool" to help me. You could barely understand them when they talked to you and it was just a horrible all around experience. I won't recommend or shop at Dick's ever again.
