Like The Style, The Shoes I Received Looked Used And Worn

Was very excited when I placed this order for a Christmas gift. I first was sent the wrong size. I immediately went to my local store, and they attempted to resolve. However, when I received the correct size the shoes were dirty on the bottoms. I had to scrub them as they are a gift. If I hadn't already had the issue with the wrong size I would have returned them. Here it is a week before Christmas and I am scrubbing a pair of shoes. If I wanted to used shoes I would have ordered from ebay.
