Broke After 1 Year

Completely broke out of nowhere after a year exactly. Minimal use, kids jumped maybe 2-3 times a week at the most. The legs in spots they were welded completely snapped on multiple legs and made it unsafe to jump on. Sharp metal edges where it snapped, very dangerous. We kept it flat always and treated it well, no adults allowed to jump so no clue why it broke like that. Going in store soon to hopefully get it replaced. I hate writing bad reviews but do not buy this trampoline for your kids safety.

Junk

Bought this just when the pandemic hit. It’s been falling apart ever since. The top ring that holds the net up keeps breaking tabs and I have had to rig up a fix from Home Depot. The net was ripped upon arrival, the bolts come out of the frame, the padding rips. Worst of all, the Dicks website shows a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Call the manufacturer and was told it’s 90 days for parts. Complete waste of time and money. Don’t buy this!

Gust Of Wind Destroyed This Trampoline

We've had this trampoline less than a year, it took a tumble with a gust of wind and several pieces bent severely. Poorly made product with cheap metal. Prior to the wind, the legs all started bending inward after little use. The metal used is too soft. Cheaply made!

Dont Buy!!! Holes In Mat After 5 Months Of Use!

I bought this in May of 2020 for my 2 small children. They never misused it or had bigger kids jumping on it. Well there are large HOLES in the trampoline mat after only 5 months of use!!!! I emailed the company hoping they could rectify being that it was barely used. But was told it was normal wear and tear. I didn’t know trampolines got holes after only using it 5 months? You’re better off spending your money on a more expensive one that will last. I am SO disappointed as are my kids!
