Waterproof Winter Boots
I bought these boots for my 7 year old daughter. Hers from Target were not keeping her feet dry. She wears a 12k and I bought a 13k. They were too tight and I had to return. They were good quality and I would recommend them if you can try them on before purchasing or buy 2 sizes up online.

Small For Size
I bought these online for my daughter a half size larger than her usual size, and they were too small. I returned them via FedEx pick up for free with ease, and ordered the next size up. Those were also too small for her. The boots look like they would be awesome (well made, waterproof, durable, would keep snow out of boots), but we are going to shop in person now.
