I have now ordered this boot twice, the time time I was sent a 12W and called dicks prior to Christmas and then would not expedite the shipping even though it was their error, the person did a partial refund and send she was sending out new boots, fast forward 2 weeks and no boots, call customer service back again and she never ordered the replacement boot. This agent placed a new order at no charge to me and fast forward another week and I got sent the wrong size again. Both the first and second customer agents were very nice, today when I call again for the 3rd time John was nice and connected me with a tier 2 agent (Sam) and he can't place another order for a replacement because I have two pairs at home that are wrong and there is an issue on their end. So I can go to the store and return then and then wait 24-48 hours to see what their suggestion is regarding a new order. Sam had the audacity of asking of the wrong size was tried on and could work. I explained to him that that is like asking me if I ordered a size 10 dress and you sent a size 2, do you think it would fit. Dick's can't get their act together and i would highly recommend that you either order from Amazon or DWS as you likely will have better customer service that was Dick's offers.
