Poor Customer Care

Bought these shoes offline.It seems that this company doesn't have a quality control department or they just ignore the product that there sending to customers and expecting them to settle wit whatever there sending.im a victim of one of the two I received used shoes from this company although shipping was fast which I appreciated but the fact that the shoes where used made this experience bad.im hoping they get this right considering this has happened with other customers on this thread.But I have another pair which is why I choose to get another pair unfortunately ranned into this issue.Hopefully this get resolved but as a customer the service i thought I was getting i didn't get and of course they feel that me running back to the store and returning it is satisfactory.Unfornately Customer service is just not high on corporate americas to do list
