Best Recovery Shoes

Absolutely love my Kane's!! The bottom of my feet get sore from trail running. These really do help. I have tried others and nothing help. But these do. Wish I would have got them sooner.

Versatile

The shoes fit great and can be worn with or without socks. No worries with blisters. I can run in them fairly comfortably although I wouldn’t recommend using them specifically for that. They are also super easy to clean.

I was hesitant to buy these because they seemed over hyped on social media. After trying them out, I never want to take them off and forget they’re on my feet half the time.i wear a 10.5 normally and sized up to 11 for a perfect fit. I would size up if you’re a half size.
