Shaft Purchase With No Shaft Label

Just purchased a new shaft. Not the first time. Every shaft that is purchased is suppose to have a shaft label to come with it. The last few time I am dissatisfied that the shaft did not come with a shaft label which every shaft has to have a one. It frustrating now I have a shaft and it doesn’t look good without one. If I pay for something I expect my order to be complete not half of it. Golf galaxy is great place for golf equipment but lacks consistency to fulfill everyone’s need.

Product Seems Fine Just Not What I Wanted.

I asked for a kbs max 85 shaft, cashier said he wasn’t sure if they had it. Came out from the back with a shaft and said to come back in two days to pick it up. I pick it up and it’s the kbs max 80, very poor customer service.
