The shaft worked as I expected but the information I got from your experts was a little off. Was told the shaft I had on my club (uniflex) and the shaft I was getting (regular flex) would be similar and I probably wouldn’t tell the difference. This turned out to be not true.

My Husband Bent His Club And They’re Paired Was Done In A Timely Manner
It was a golf club Repair and it was amazing. The young man that waited on us was amazing. The young man when I picked it up was amazing. I picked it up for my husband. I wish that you could have the guys a golf galaxy train the people at Dick‘s because I’ve had problems several times with how rude they were, including the manager, and the young ladies were just absolutely rude right in front of me. I didn’t get my points for my purchases over the summer. I bought a pair of clouds that somebody had returned because they were defective the back tab that you pull up was cut off when they were sewn. They were in a paper Dick’s box not a cloud box and when I brought them back, they acted like I was being ridiculous. They were almost $200 shoes so of course I don’t want ones that I can’t pull the back of it up and for it to be in that box makes me think someone returned it because they were defective and yet they were put back out on the floor and then I was treated very poorly by the Dick’s employees, the young lady and the young man that’s a manager or assistant manager I don’t know I wasn’t treated very well. They were rude to me in front of me and talked about me as I I was walking out and I turned around and told them I heard them and they didn’t even care what happened to the customer being right and being treated with respect I worked on the Customer Service filled for a big company for nine years and I would’ve never treated somebody that way. I swear the young people have no respect for anyone these days and it was quite upsetting. I really wish the guys from golf galaxy could train the young people at Dick‘s catching out or helping you anywhere what Customer Service is it was super upsetting and as I said, I never got my points from those purchases cause I had an exchange, but even though I exchanged, I purchased more and they were just rude and someway I ended up without my points being treated not well and not wanting to shop at that store ever again I will go to Fairlawn where there’s a lot less just to be treated with respect because when someone talks about you while you’re standing there and then says something as you’re walking away and you acknowledge do you heard them and they act like nothing I don’t want any part of that so maybe the golf galaxy young men could teach them how to treat people with respect they were amazing

This Is A Good Shaft For My Game.
My shaft snapped not knowing a tree root was there. Thanks to Golf Galaxy they had a replacement shaft I needed.

Shaft Purchase With No Shaft Label
Just purchased a new shaft. Not the first time. Every shaft that is purchased is suppose to have a shaft label to come with it. The last few time I am dissatisfied that the shaft did not come with a shaft label which every shaft has to have a one. It frustrating now I have a shaft and it doesn’t look good without one. If I pay for something I expect my order to be complete not half of it. Golf galaxy is great place for golf equipment but lacks consistency to fulfill everyone’s need.
