The problem is that they changed the sizing so size 5 is too small and size 6 is too big. ! so size 5 is pushing over my toes and size 6 comes off so after all these years, I’m not sure what to do! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want/need to return them as they are too big even though the inside says size 6. Maybe they are a men’s 6. I don’t want to pay for return shipping, and I want to exchange them for my size. I have Purchased many, many pairs of keen sandals and shoes and this is not the first time this has happened. In the past I have just kept the sandals even though they were too big and figured I would just wear them with socks. Maybe this particular model runs big and I should just exchange them for a 5. I don’t know… please let me know what to do.
