Problem Solved!

I ordered the Seacamp II sandals for my granddaughter. They are fabulous shoes. BUT, what I love the most was that I ordered a size too small. I contacted Keen and they helped me return them and get another pair. I ordered the new pair, paid for them, and returned the first pair. It was easy and there was no fuss. I didn’t have to pay the return shipping either. The refund for the first pair was in my account very quickly. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant.

After wearing them several times, it seems like they are super tight on her. We got the right size based on the measurements but I think her feet are just too wide and thick :) But older one didn't have this problem.
