Love These Shoes.

I really love these shoes. In fact I currently own 7 pair in various colors. When I found this pair they were on clearance only offering 3 sizes. I mistakenly clicked 'purchase' before I realized I had selected the black pair and NOT the blue which I still want. I notified you several times immediately after realizing my error. Your reply was we can't do that you must return these for an exchange. Didn't like that option but I waited anyway. When I received them I contacted you to inquire about the blue pair. Because they were in short supply you didn't have anymore available. I realize this isn't the review you are looking for but I felt compelled to express my frustration. While I will enjoy this black pair I REALLY wanted (and STILL do) the blue ones. You have a great product I just wish you had been a wee bit more flexible. Thank you.

Okay But Not Made In America

These are okay, they fit well, are difficult at first to put on and off, but I'm most put off that they are not at least assembled in American. I've been searching for sandals made in the USA and would change to those on a dime.

The Standard

The only problem with these shoes. I never take them off. I will always have a pair in my closet. Thank you Keens.

Great Sandals But Horrible Customer Service.

I love the sandals and are my second pair but low rating due to horrible customer service at the Downtown Portland oregon location.

They Seem To Run A Bit Small

My husband had this exact pair of leather sandals before and he loves them. So when the old one’s soles started to wear off I got him a new pair. They seem a bit short lengthwise, but otherwise all good.
