Keen Astoria

I bought this a month ago and I'm glad I did because I love them! They feel perfect and I couldn't be any more comfortable.

Finally A Lightweight And Comfy Keen Sandal!

I’m not one to write reviews but I’m hopeful this helps someone. I’ve worked in the outdoor industry for over 2 decades, and recreate with my family in various places and environments from desert to mountains to the cobblestone streets of Europe. I never bought a pair of Keens because they felt too heavy and the straps on traditional keens felt too stiff. These are different: lightweight, so so comfy and the straps are soft yet durable. I’ve been waiting for Keen to make these. I’m tall but the lift is fine. I have a narrow instep and these are easy to adjust to my feet. Now if Keen would make this exact lightweight model for men without the lift, I’d buy a pair for each guy in my family.

To Small

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to wear my shoes long enough to give an honest review. Shoes are really to small. My last pair was perfect and lasted for years. I love the look and once I get the issue straightened out I’m sure I’ll love these . Just waiting

Just Not Comfortable

I've been wearing Keen sandals for many years. I'm on my fourth or fifth pair of Whisper sandal. I have the Rose sandal and the Uneek Astoria sandal. All super comfortable right out of the box and I love them all. The Astoria West sandal just isn't comfortable. There are uncomfortable pressure points across the top of the foot including at the ankle and at the flexion point at the big toe. I do have a high arch which may be a factor. The rigid material that lies along the top of the foot doesn't stretch as you walk. That lack of stretch is likely creating the pressure points along the top of my foot.

N,ot For Me

Lots to like about the sandals. Unfortunately, they were just not comfortable, for me. Will be returning them.

Love These Shoes

I don't know why I waited so long to try Keen sandals. I love that I can wear them with socks in the winter, and I especially appreciate the arch support. Light and comfortable, I could wear them all day.

Ok, But Some Disappointed

The Keens I got 3 years ago are literally to-die-for. I have worn them night and day, socks or not, snow or not. I love them so much in fact that I am the one that coined the phrase that they are like "little hugs for my feet". I am positive I have given Keens a TON of business because of my glowing reviews for those shoes. But these? Not so much. They don't fit the same. They hurt. They are stiff. In fact, they are so stiff that the right one hurts my foot to wear it very long. Will I keep them and wear them? Probably, because I am too lazy to return them. I can only hope they will loosen up over time. Yes, I would still recommend Keens as a brand to others, but not this particular shoe. And I will no longer order online. Clearly, things have changed at Keens enough that I now need to try them on before buying them.

Ran Narrower Then Expected And

Ran narrower then expected and little toes go through the webbing.

Not A Great Fit.

Your sandals used to be comfortable right out of the box. These caught my eye and I tried them on. The fit wasn't great, but figured I would wear them around the house to break them in. Well I couldn't get used to them and decided to send them back. Sorry Keen.

Most Comfortable Shoe!

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever had! It is also sturdy and long lasting.

Just Perfect!

These sandals are amazing! Fit like a glove and are perfect for everyday wear on the go!

Keen Astoria Sandals

I’ve worn Keen sandals for years. They’ve changed the fit. The front part of the sandal has gotten thinner so they are much harder for me to get on. So the sandals aren’t quite as comfortable as they used to be. I love the wide toe box since I have ingrown toenails. It’s the only sandal I will buy.

Perfect

I love that they can be adjusted to the perfect tightness/looseness. They will last for years!

For Narrow Feet, They’re Too Wide.

I like everything about them, especially the colors I selected, except the foot bed. It’s too rough on my feet and therefore makes the shoe uncomfortable.
