Rated 4 out of 5 by from decent tent I bought this for a dual sport ride to Colorado. It worked great as long as it holds up for a while. I would not recommend it for backpacking as it is a little heavy for its size. On the bike however it was perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product great price! Purchased for my first backpacking trip and was great. I noticed a lot of reviews saying it's too small but it is a "backpacking tent".... it sleeps what it says all the extra room is removed to save weight. With this being said it slept me and two 90lb dogs perfectly. will definitely hold heat good on colder nights and with the vent and front fly open it will ventilate good. Overall great quality, price, and performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value I needed a roomy one person tent that was watertight in thunderstorms. Having just spent 6 nights camping in Oshkosh, including 2 thunderstorms, I can say this tent performed wonderfully. Tons of room for one person, but probably a bit tight for 2. Really easy to set up and put away. Very light weight for the size. The rear vent and fly opening at the front of the tent did a reasonable job of keeping the tent cool in 81 degree temps. Only word of caution is to make sure the tent is sitting on a dry tarp. The tarp I used had too big of a footprint, causing some water to get between the tent floor and tarp during the first thunderstorm. After about 12 hours, a small amount of water penetrated the tent floor because there was some water between the tarp and tent floor. After I tucked the tarp fully under the tent, I had no more problems during the second thunderstorm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Actually a comfy 1 person tent So I purchased this tent with the intent of using it for a trip out in the Sleeping Bear Dunes area and love almost everything about this tent, but all things being equal this is a great 1 person tent, but a way over crowded 2 person tent. Set up and take down are fast and easy, so definitely a great first time tent purchase. Tent also packs easily and fits well with most medium to long journey pack loads. Overall a great buy, just not for 2 adults.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Money well spent! I needed to buy a tent super short notice for a fire assignment in Montana. I bought it, threw it in my bag, and headed west. I got to camp, and after cross country travel, threw it up in less than 5 minutes in the pitch dark and got to work. This tent is perfect for one person with gear plus all our required safety gear. This tent has survived three nights of storms bringing 60 mph winds and driving rain. At one point the poor tent was flat on the ground but as soon as the wind stopped, it popped back up and was 100%! Many of the other tents were not so lucky. This tent is best suited for more mild/temperate areas but wasn't so bad the few nights it dropped into low, low temps. This is absolutely a great purchase, just realize it will be a bit cozy for 2 people.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome backpacking tent for the price I have many name brand tents but when it comes time to grab one for a weekend excursion, i always grab this one. So easy to put up; very light weight; packs down small; roomy. I camped in the mountains of Colorado last week(end of June) with this tent for 5 days and worked perfect. Kept the heat in well in the 30 degree nights and kept cool during the 70's during day. Some person wrote a review saying it was to small, Im 6'1 210 and i had plenty of room. Great tent, buy it!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a 2 man tent! Purchased this tent to go on a long ATV trail ride camp trip with my wife. Got it home and took it out of the box and realized that this tent simply isn't designed for your average size person. Both my wife and I are about 5'9"-5'10" and this tent is SMALL! We took one look at the foot print and I even laid down on it to see a size comparison and there is absolutely no way we could both sleep comfortably in there and still get even a pack inside the tent. The vestibule is barely big enough for a small pack let alone your boots. The tent appeared to be well made just way too small. Not sure what kind of mini man they're marketing this towards but it's clearly not us. We returned it and went with a different brand and a 3 man size. So, if you're an average size person and your partner is average size... Buy a different tent! However, If you're going on a solo trip then this would be adequate.
