Very Enjoyable Use

My son selected this rod to do some fishing in the lake. The rod held up well with the fish he caught.

Broke Before My Child Even Used It

My husband bought these for my son and nephew (almost 6 year olds) and before they even got to use it, my husband was putting the fishing wire or whatever it’s called and the reel broke. The little boys never even got to use it. Buy a better one, this one is not great quality.

Great Starter Rod!

I got this for my little girl as she wanted to be just like her big sister and didn’t really understand the concept of fishing yet so we put the little fishy on instead of the hook and let her fish with us! She had a blast “look I got bite!!!!” She was thrilled!

Kids Had Fun

Kids had fun but the reel broke in two days. Wish it had better instructions too.

Piece Of Junk

Broke during first use in that the reel would not retrieve the line after only a few casts. Upgrade to something that will last more than once
