Poor Quality

Needed new chairs for the upcoming softball season found this one at Dick's for the price we bought 2. Started great, comfy, lots of storage pockets. After 3mths my chair broke. I was sitting in it and the rivet popped right where the bars cross. A couple weeks later my husband's chair broke, rivet popped out at the bottom. I have tried to contact customer service with Kijaro and have not heard back. Definitely will not purchase a Kijaro again.

Not For Short People

If you are 5'2" and shorter, your feet will dangle. While the chair is comfy, it declines where the back of the chair is slightly lower than the front.

Poor Quality-poor Handling Of Customer Service

We literally ran into Dick’s to buy new camping chairs on the way to our campground. We tried the chairs they had displayed in store and found them quite comfy, and liked the cup holder/pocket features. We purchased two from “fresh” the bin. That night at the campfire, we took the camp chair out of the bag and when my husband sat in it, it broke. My husband is about 200lbs, well within the weight limit of the chair. Where the legs crossed, there is a screw or bolt or something that connects the legs in an x. It broke at the x into two pieces. We noticed it when we were putting our chairs under the awning for the night. The two pieces of leg, just swinging. We paid $55+ for a chair that didn’t make it one night at the campsite. Upon retuning to town, I went to the location I purchased the chair, with said broken chair, asked about the return policy for new but broken on first use merchandise, and they told me there was nothing they could do. I didn’t “notice if it was broken before” my husband sat in it. I said that he literally sat in it one time, at the dark campfire. How were we suppose to notice if it was broken. They said sorry, they can’t do anything about it. So I walked back out of the store with my used one night in a low impact activity of sitting after a long drive to the campground. Moral of this review, inspect your purchases incredibly closely before using, and don’t be charmed by the cup holder/ pockets. It’s a trap.

I love this chair, there’s so much room for comfort, pockets on each side on the inside of the chair and a drink holder on each side and an additional rectangle size holder as well. I’m looking forward to using this every weekend when football season begins!

Feature Rich And Great Quality!

I replaced my old camping chair that I loved after it was finally coming apart. This chair has several things that I love about it. It feels really solid - not flimsy at all. It looks good. It's got a large comfortable seat. The cup holders on either side are big and sturdy - large enough to hold modern tumblers and more. One is round and one is elongated with a flat end and a rounded end. There are no gaps from the seat to the outside, so nothing will fall through to the ground. You can toss something back to your seat and not worry that it's going to slide through to the ground. On the material going from the arm to the seat on each side is a large open top pocket that you can slide a mobile device or book into. The bag that it comes in is also of very sturdy construction, but it had under each arm a claps that will easily connect the sides together when it's folded, and has an adjustable strap across the back diagonally from the bottom of one leg to the back of the opposite arm for quick and easy carry without re-bagging it. This is handy for those on the move like us who move from one soccer field to the next quite often.

Great But Broke! Loose Screw!

I had high hopes for this chair. Love the protection it had unfortunately the bottom screw went missing and unable to sit without it possibky snapping. It doesnt not come with replacement screws. I was sad! For the price, the quality wasnt there.
