Perfect size as it spans two burners on our gas stove. Keeps oil nice and hot throughout the cooking. Depth was just right for frying fish. All aluminum set up is light weight. Only improvement might be that the inner basket handle seems a bit flimsy. Wouldn't count on it for a heavy load.
