Works Great!

I’ve been using KT Tape for months now and it’s become a regular part of my routine. It stays on well during workouts, daily movement, and even through sweat better than I expected. The Tape Absolutely Works But

The tape absolutely works but be careful not to leave them on too long if you have sensitive skin. They can cause major skin irritations, marks, and sores. Otherwise, it wonderful for joint pain: Knee and Shoulder.
