The strips were too long and I found when I cut them to size, the cut end wouldn’t stay as well as the factory made edge. When I would use the long strips, I had to cover more of my arm which meant going into more sensitive areas of the skin like just under my arm pit and in my inner elbow. Then, even after slowly taking off the tape, I was left with red marks and sores. Very supportive, though. I’d get it again, but I’d get a smaller option. Like those paper towels you can choose what size.
